1993 – 2/06 - Associate Executive Director, Responsible for the administrative and clinical over sight of Lenape's clinical services including: Outpatient; Crisis and Emergency; Intake and referral; Correctional Mental Health; and PACT. Duties have included successful start up planning and implementation for several programs.

5/90 – 1/05 – Director Outpatient Department – Responsible for the administrative and clinical direction of Lenape's Outpatient Department, a full service program providing therapy and medication management services to consumers of all ages and diagnostic categories.

5/90 – 1/05 – Director of Student Training – Responsible for running Lenape's extensive professional training program for masters and doctoral level interns from area universities.

8/85 – 5/90 – Director Weathervane Office – Responsible for the clinical and administrative direction of Lenape's satellite outpatient office providing therapy and medication management to consumers of all ages.

11/81 – 8/85 – Staff Psychologist – Position as a full time psychologist providing direct care to consumers of all ages in Lenape's outpatient department.

7/80 – 8/85 – Crisis Worker – Part time position providing crisis and emergency services to consumers through Lenape's crisis department located at Doylestown Hospital's Emergency Department.

1987 – Present – Adjunct Professor in Psychology – Instructor of psychology related courses including: Introduction to Psychology; Abnormal Psychology; Adolescent Psychology; The Psychology of Horticultural Therapy.
