Represented children in contested custody and visitation cases; drafted pleadings, orders, motions and other court related documents; litigated contentious family law matters in District Court; negotiated settlements; supervised program staff, including staff attorney, paralegal, program administrator, interns, summer law clerks and over 200 community volunteers; managed a caseload of over 120 cases; organized and conducted specialized continuing legal education trainings twice a year for attorneys and community volunteers; restructured program procedures and policies allowing a fifty percent increase in program caseload.
