Rebecca A. Liebe

 

BIOGRAPHY:

Rebecca Liebe Has 15 years financial and strategic operating experience. Ms. Liebe owns a consulting firm that provides industry research, valuations and consulting assignments for mid-sized businesses. She is currently assisting NBC's Strategic Marketing department with it's annual NBC Prime Time Upfront event.

Previously, Ms. Liebe worked as a Strategic Change Consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers in NYC as well as a Senior Consumer Product Group Analyst, where she identified financial and operational issues for PwC's top GPG clients. Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Liebe worked as a Financial Manager for Time Inc. International where she was responsible for financial reviews, strategic analysis and special projects for five regions (publishing 12 international editions). In addition, Ms. Liebe managed merger and acquisitions, financing and IPO advisory engagements for Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance Group. Prior to this position, Ms. Liebe was a Research Analyst for Prudential Securities where she performed new business activities, developed valuations for acquisitions, financing and IPO transactions.

Ms. Liebe earned her MBA from the University of San Francisco and her Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the University of Montana.
